Return-Tops that are sold that have conditions that are noted on the item (for example: anodizing flaws or vibration) are non refundable.
We are reasonable and want to make sure that you are happy!!
Clothing can only be returned if it has not been washed or worn. We will be happy to do an exchange for the same value if we have any in stock, however the cost to you to ship back will not be covered. If we do not have another one in stock we can issue a full refund once the product has been returned to us.
We do not do exchanges or refunds on bearings or axles, however if the product is received defective we will send you a new one.
Shipping
We will ship all product out within 5-7 working days and for deliveries in Canada and the US you should receive them within 7-14 business days once shipped. It normally is not that long, but we do have to rely on the postal service.

Tracking is not available for this service.
For international shipping, we do ship air and it is normally up to 2 weeks, but can sometimes be longer.
