If you are unhappy with your purchase and the problem was not stated as one of the conditions in warranty details for the item you purchased we can give you a full refund or exchange if we have more in stock.We will not replace any yoyo for small anodizing marks as this is part of the process. However, if the marks are quite large and it was sold to you at full price please let us know because the yoyo might have just been missed. We are reasonable and want to make sure that you are happy!!
Yoyos that are sold that have conditions that are noted on the item (for example: anodizing flaws or vibration) are non refundable.
Clothing can only be returned if it has not been washed or worn. We will be happy to do an exchange for the same value if we have any in stock, however the cost to you to ship back will not be covered. If we do not have another one in stock we can issue a full refund once the product has been returned to us.
We do not do exchanges or refunds on bearings or axels, however if the product is received defective we will send your a new one.
Shipping
We will ship all product out within 5 working days and for deliveries in Canada and the US you should receive them with in 7 - 14 business days once shipped. It normally is not that long, but we do have to rely on the postal service.
For international shipping, we do ship air and it is normally about 4 weeks, but can sometimes be longer, up to 6 weeks.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
